AEA After-School Yoga Winter 2025-26

Relax with yoga after school! We walk from Albert Einstein Academy to 28th Street Park to practice in the grass underneath the trees at the corner of Beech & 28th St. Yoga Rascals classes are imaginative, creative and fun. Children learn and practice a wide variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness & relaxation techniques while traveling on a yoga adventure. Each class concludes with a guided relaxation.

Instructor picks up students from school. Parents pick up students at the park at 2:00 p.m.
