With over 20 years of teaching experience, yoga instructor Sünje O’Clancy encourages students of all levels to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance. She guides participants through a centering meditation, followed by thoughtfully designed hatha yoga flow sequences that include a variety of poses, before ending with a final relaxation. Throughout class coordination of breath and movement is emphasized.
